Who are we?

MX Mountain Exposure AG is a Swiss registered company (Company registration number: CHE-113.276.084) operating Zermatt catered and self-catered luxury chalets in the Swiss Alps for ski or summer holidays.

We are the long lease holders and exclusive operator of our chalets; which means that when you book a holiday in a Mountain Exposure property, it is our company and our team who will be looking after you.

Where are we based?

Our offices are located on the main street in Zermatt (Schälpmattgasse 14, Zermatt 3920), where our experienced bookings and management team is based. We are open 365 days a year providing a highly personalised service all year round.

How can you book our chalets?

The best way to book one of our chalets is to get in touch with our experienced bookings team which is based in Zermatt, so that we can discuss your needs and offer you the best options for luxury chalet accommodation in Zermatt.

You can also book online through our website. Its quick, secure and confirmation is immediate.

Please note that wherever you find our chalets, in the end it is us who operate these chalets and we will be the ones looking after you during your stay in Zermatt.

What are our payment and cancellation terms and conditions?

Terms of Payment & Cancellation vary depending on the season and are confirmed in our offers and in your booking confirmation.

Upon your arrival in resort we will ask for your credit card details by way of security for any damage you may cause to the property you are staying in.

What is our Health and Safety policy?

We comply with Swiss Health and Safety laws, and all our chalets equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, fire blankets for the kitchen and fire/evacuation directives.

Our properties are regularly checked by the STA to make sure they meet their standards, and the Departement für Gesundheit, Soziales und Kultur, sektion Kantonale Dienststelle für Verbraucherschutz und Veterinärwesen regularly inspects our catered properties for compliance with Swiss health and safety regulations.
