It is approximately 400m from the train station, you can walk (turning left when you exit the station and walking down) or take a taxi there, which will cost you between 10 and 15 CHF.
By the bar called “The Dude” there is an alleyway.
Follow the alleyway down the ramp, where you will come to a set of stairs.
(There is also an elevator just past the stairs and you need to go to the 5th floor. The ‘ground’ floor where you enter is number 4.)
Go up the stairs or exit the elevator and the Lodge is the building on your left.
Go into the building on your left, take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
The door of your studio will be open and the key inside.
(The door locks only from the outside, you need to open the door, hold the fob against the door handle from the outside, when it lights red it is locked, green is unlocked. It will always open from the inside as a fire precaution.
On the back of the door there is an information sheet with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay, Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, please leave the door unlocked the key inside the studio.
