In order for us to hand over the keys, we suggest that you make your way to our office. The address is:

When you come out of the station, turn right on the main street and follow the road.
Just follow the street through the centre, hotels and restaurants, past the Zermatterhof Hotel, past the Church, when the road turns right and then left.
Our office is on your right, roughly 50 m after the Church.
As you arrive outside our office hours 9am-6pm, we will leave you the keys in our letter box located to the left of our office door.
Once you have picked up the key you have to walk back towards the church and turn right down towards the cemetery.
Walk past the mountain climbers cemetery and when you cross the small stream turn right again.
Walk towards restaurant Chez Gaby and carry on walking down the side by the small river. The entrance to Haus Vieux Moulin (where your studio is located) is a glass door on your left.
Enter the building and you will find the elevator around the corner from the letter boxes on the right and right again.
For Studio Mano take the elevator up to the ground floor (press P) and your studio is the second door on the right, next to the stairs.
There is an information sheet in the studio with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay, Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, please leave the door unlocked and the key inside the studio.
