From the station you have to go to the Restaurant Bergstube, Schluhmattstrasse 165, 3920 Zermatt, or here on google maps.
It is approximately 1.5km from the train station, we recommend you take a taxi there, which will cost you between 15 and 25 CHF.
Opposite the restaurant there is a path going uphill, walk up the path and take the turn to the left. Continue down to Haus Catherine, turn right to go around Haus Catherine and then take the steps down to the entrance of Haus Panicha.
The main door will be open, go in and go up the few steps. Penthouse Panicha is the door on the right at the top of the stairs.
The door will be open and the keys inside.
There is an information sheet in the chalet with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay, Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00am. Please leave the door unlocked and the keys inside on the kitchen bench.
