From the station you have to go to the Haus Orgon, Lauberweg 23, 3920 Zermatt, or here on google maps.
Haus Orgon is approximately 800m from the train station, you can walk or take a taxi there, which will cost you between 12 and 20 CHF.
Go down the ramp next to the building and turn right to the first entrance.
Take the elevator up to the 4th floor (entrance is level 1) and Chalet Orgon is across to the right.
The door will be open and the keys inside. The chalet keys also open the main entrance door downstairs.
There is an information sheet in the chalet with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay. Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00am. Please leave the door unlocked and the keys inside.
