From the station you have to go to the Restaurant Bar Calypso, Spissstrasse 58, 3920 Zermatt.
It is opposite a Subaru car garage and here on google maps
Haus The Lodge is approximately 400m from the train station, you can walk (turning left when you exit the station and walking down) or take a taxi there, which will cost you between 12 and 20 CHF).
Between Calypso and AA Cash & Carry opposite there is an alleyway.
Follow the alleyway down the ramp, where you will come to a set of stairs.
(There is also an elevator just past the stairs and you need to go to the 5th floor. The ‘ground’ floor where you enter is number 4.)
Go up the stairs or exit the elevator and the Lodge is the building on your left.
Go into the building on your left, take the elevator up to the 4th floor.
The door of your chalet will be open and the key fobs inside.
The door locks automatically once it is closed. To open from the outside, hold the fob against the door handle, until it lights green and unlocks. It will always open from the inside as a fire precaution.
There is an information sheet in the chalet with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay, Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, please leave the door unlocked and the keys inside the chalet.
