From the station you have to go to the Monte Rosa Hotel, Bahnhofstrasse 80, 3920 Zermatt, or here on google maps.
It is approximately 400m from the train station, you can walk or take a taxi there, which will cost you between 12 and 20 CHF.
Next to the Hotel there is path leading to the OMNIA Hotel tunnel.
Go into the tunnel until the end to the elevator on the left.
Use the code on the electronic keypad on the right to call the elevator (press the keypad sign in the screen to bring up the keypad, enter the code, then press the teck sign on the bottom right to activate your code).
Go to the top (press the button Terrace), exit the lift and turn right up the hill on Triftweg.
Follow the path up to Triftweg 46.
Go down the steps and turn left to Heinz Julen Penthouse private lift entrance.
Take the key from the keybox by the door to call the elevator to enter the chalet.
You need to enter the code to open the box, to close it enter your code again then press down on the button on the top in the middle to close the keybox.
If you enter the wrong code, the reset button is in the middle at the bottom.
The ground floor is straight ahead and there are 2 more floors upstairs.
There is an information sheet in the chalet with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay, Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00am.
