From the station you have to go to the Haus Bittel, Metzggasse 19, 3920 Zermatt, here on google maps.
It is approximately 600m from the train station, you can walk or take a taxi there, which will cost you between 12 and 20 CHF.
Enter the building through the main door (the main door will be open until 19:00, if you are arriving later please let us know to make alternative arrangements).
Go up the wooden stairs to the 1st floor and Chalet Heidi entrance is on the left.
The door will be open and the keys inside. The chalet keys also open the main entrance door downstairs.
There is an information sheet in the chalet with the WiFi network and password and an online information folder (scan the QR code) regarding your accommodation and stay, Zermatt and general info about Winter and Summer.
Check-out is no later than 10:00am please. Please leave the door unlocked and the keys inside.
