Based in Zermatt, our local team provides comprehensive advice and full tailor-made service both before and during your holiday, not only helping you choose the right accommodation, but also arranging transfers to and in resort, ski-school and restaurant bookings, assistance with ski rental, ski passes delivery to your chalet, fridge-fills, child-care, summer activities and much more.

In winter as in summer, Zermatt combines world-class skiing and hiking, a car-free village, traditional alpine atmosphere, glamour and a multitude of activities for non-skiers. And Zermatt is home to the world’s most must-see mountain, the Matterhorn.

<i>The Castor chalet was a perfect place to stay for a family ski week. The chalet was comfortable. We loved the ski room where we could change out of our boots and go for a walk in the town. It was only 150 meters to the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola or the bus which would ake us to the Sunnegga area. The kitchen had all the ammenities needed for us to cook breakfasts and dinners after a long day skiing and Apres Skiing. We used the hot tub every night. I was idyllic sitting in the tube with the beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The beds were comfortable. The concierge service made for a stress-free check-in and check-out.</i>
