Chalet Amber was crafted last year to the highest 5 star luxury specifications. It is located in Winkelmatten, Zermatt’s only ski-in villa district (subject to snow conditions, intermediate skiers can ski to within 300m), and consists of four duplex apartments, decorated in a modern Alpine style. Two have 4 bedrooms and sleep eight, while the other two have 3 bedrooms and sleep six. They can be rented individually or together. All apartments share the chalet's wellness area with sauna and steam bath, aromatherapy showers and relaxation area. There is also a wine cellar and tasting bar with a selection of fine wines.
The six person attic apartments with an overly generous surface area of 180 m2 consist of a lower floor with a spacious living-dining room and balcony with views of the Matterhorn, open wood fireplace, and guest WC. On this level there is one double-bedroom with en suite shower/WC with balcony, an additional separate bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with view of the Matterhorn, and a computer corner.
