All our catered ski chalet staff undergo an extensive training programme and have a strong background in the industry. Our catered ski accommodation service includes daily cleaning, midweek bed changes (with other changes available on request), a shopping service to provide you with any items you may require with minimum effort and daily chalet visits by our resort manager and or resort representative to offer assistance and local resort expertise (unless you prefer to be left alone).
